- Second Bachelor / Post-Baccalaureate: You've earned or will earn a bachelor's degree at Cleveland State or another regionally accredited university or college and want to take undergraduate courses.

- College Credit Plus Applicants: You are a current high school student who wants to participate in College Credit Plus while in high school and earn undergraduate level credit.
- Undergraduate Non-Degree Applicants: You would like to enroll on-campus as a non-degree student. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Undergraduate Non-Degree students are not eligible for Financial Aid.
- Returning to Cleveland State: Students who have not enrolled at Cleveland State University for three or more consecutive semesters (including summer) and have not enrolled at another university or college.
